Every Moongate listening session starts with a goal. Perhaps you want to get better sleep, focus on a task, meditate, or just relax and reduce your anxiety. Moongate is organized around these goals making it easy to get started.

In the "Tune your brain" section, pick a goal to see soundscapes that can help you achieve it.

Select a soundscape

Each soundscape combines a binaural beat with carefully curated music, ambient noise, or natural sounds. Choose a soundscape that aligns with your goal and your listening preferences.

Settle in

Give yourself a moment to get comfortable and let the experience unfold. Take a few breaths. We recommend using headphones for full effect.

Moongate’s soundscapes are also an audiovisual experience. You can watch the curated visuals or read about the soundscape to deepen your understanding and settle into the vibe.

Choose a duration (optional)

Moongate's timer gives you control over how long you listen. The amount of time to listen depends on your goals and personal preferences.
