With a Moongate account you can save Favorites, create Playlists, and save access to your Moongate Premium Subscription. Having a subscription does not mean you automatically have a Moongate account.
Check if you have an account
To find out if you have a Moongate account, follow the steps below:
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the bottom right of the Home screen.
If you see your name or email, you have a Moongate account.
If you see "Log In or Sign Up" you do not yet have a Moongate account.
Creating an account
If you do not yet have a Moongate account, follow the steps below to create one:
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the bottom right of the Home screen..
Press "Log In or Sign Up" then press "Continue with Apple".
Proceed through the Sign in with Apple process.
You should now see your name at the top of the Menu screen, you now have a Moongate account.
What is my Moongate account email?
Sometimes you may need to know your Moongate account email. To access it and copy it to your clipboard, follow the steps below:
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the bottom right of the Home screen..
If you see your name or email, then you have a Moongate account. Press the three-dots button.
"Copy email" to copy the email to your clipboard.
You can now paste your Moongate account email.
