Moongate may issue refunds for transactions in according to the terms in our Fulfillment Policy. If you have been charged for Moongate, but would like to request a refund for your transaction:
Requesting a refund for a transaction
In the Moongate app, tap the three dots button to open the Menu.
Tap the "Manage Subscription" button to see subscription details.
From here, tap the button labeled "Request refund".
Follow the on screen instructions from here.
What happens next?
Depending on the specifics of for your subscription, the refund request may require a review process. This typically takes 2-3 days to complete.
From there, please allow for 5-10 business days to credit the funds for approved refunds back to your account.
Please note that you will lose access to the benefits you currently have with Moongate Premium.
