Using Moongate on multiple devices

Each Moongate subscription can be used by one person on their supported devices, for example an iPhone and iPad.

To get your subscription working on your devices, it is important that they are both signed in to Moongate using the same account:

To synchronize your subscription across both devices:

  1. From the device where you have the subscription, ensure you are signed in and note the account email that you are signed in with.

  2. On the other device, follow the same sign in process that you used on the first device choosing the same sign in method and email.

  3. You should now see the subscription shared on both devices. Please see the instructions below for a breakdown of this process.

To check if you are already signed in on a device

  1. From the home screen tap the three dots button in the top right to open the Menu.

  2. Check the top of the Menu screen. If you see an account email, you are signed in. Otherwise you will see "Not signed in".

To create a Moongate account

  1. Press the Sign In button.

  2. Choose either "Continue with email" or "Continue with Apple", and follow the steps on the screen.

  3. You now have a Moongate account that can be accessed from other devices using these exact steps.

To share Moongate with your family

You can create individual accounts for multiple members of your family using a Moongate Family plan.
