If you have a Moongate subscription or free trial and you would like to cancel:
Cancel your subscription in the Moongate app
In the Moongate app, tap the three dots button to open the Menu.
Tap the "Manage Subscription" button to see subscription details.
From here tap the button labeled "Cancel".
Follow the on screen instructions from here.
If you cannot connect your subscription to the Moongate app, you can try canceling it directly with the payment processor:
Cancel a subscription directly with Apple
Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the list.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Look for Moongate in this list.
If Moongate is shown as "Active", tap it and cancel the subscription from there.
Your subscription has now been cancelled.
If Moongate is not shown, or is shown as "Inactive", then your subscription is already cancelled and no further action is needed to cancel your Apple subscription.
Cancel a subscription made on the web
Navigate to the Moongate customer portal.
Enter the email address that you used to create your web subscription.
You should now receive an email containing a confirmation code. Copy this code, return to the browser, and paste it in to complete the sign in.
You can now see the details of your subscription.
Press "Cancel plan" and follow the instructions to cancel.
