If you have made a transaction with Moongate, you will receive a receipt via email. Please check your email inbox and any filters or junk folders.
If you cannot find the receipt that was automatically sent to you:
Re-request a receipt from the App Store
If your transaction was made through the App Store and would like to resend the receipt, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name at the top then Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.
In the search box, type "Moongate" to bring up your list of transactions for Moongate.
Tap the transaction and under "More Options" choose "Resent Receipt".
You should now receive a new receipt for your transaction via email.
